LIFE TRAVEL MAP
Raising a global citizen takes planning. The key years for travel with your child (when they will remember and learn) are ages 5 to 18, so that’s 13 key years. When you factor in the probable challenges to travel (sports or arts commitments, romances, parental job changes, economic/world issues, unexpected medical challenges, etc.), you can probably shrink that number to 10 good years that you have to show your child key parts of the world and those cultures before college starts. So having a master plan is key.
You can study the destination itineraries here on the Global CommUnity website and create your own plan, or for a fee, Global CommUnity offers Life Travel Map, an interactive digital map that details the recommended key trips for you, based on an interview with you and your family members. Life Travel Map gives you a visual master plan that is crafted by family travel experts based on your unique family interests, priorities and resources. The Life Travel Map fee is $500.
